London woman charged after dead dog found in fridge

LONDON, ONT. ? A woman in this city is facing charges after police found a dead dog inside a fridge.

London police say the dog was wrapped in a wet blanket.

They say the dog's body had several cuts on it but they believe the animal was drowned.

Investigators from the London Humane Society were called to the house on Baseline Road West.

A woman has been charged with wilfully killing a dog.
